Return Process

  Log into your STRICTLI account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
